📌 Post 1:
Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer – NCC Special Entry Scheme 125th Course (Men & Women)
💼 Nature of Post:
Contractual / Short Service Commission (for an initial tenure of 10 years extendable up to 14 years)
🎓 Educational Qualification:
* Graduation Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all years.
*NCC 'C' Certificate: Should have served for minimum two/three years in the Senior Division/Wing of NCC and must have obtained a minimum of 'B' Grade in 'C' Certificate Exam of NCC.
* For Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks (NCC 'C' certificate is NOT required for Wards of Battle Casualties).
💼 Experience Required:
No prior work experience needed (Fresh Graduates meeting NCC 'C' certificate criteria or Wards of Battle Casualties are eligible).
👥 Age Limit:
* Minimum 19 years to Maximum 25 years.
* Candidates must not be born earlier than 02 Jan 2002 and not later than 01 Jan 2008 (both dates inclusive).
💰 Salary / Pay Scale:
* Stipend during training:₹56,100/- per month (at Officer Academy, OTA Chennai).
* On Commissioning (Rank Lieutenant):** Pay Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) + Military Service Pay (MSP) ₹15,500/- per month + Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other military benefits.

* Gender & Marital Status:Unmarried Male and Unmarried Female candidates.
* Physical & Medical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the prescribed military medical standards for Short Service Commissioning.
* Vacancy Breakdown:
* NCC Men: 70 Posts (63 for General Category, 07 for Wards of Battle Casualties)
* NCC Women: 06 Posts (05 for General Category, 01 for Wards of Battle Casualties)
📝 Selection Process:
1. Shortlisting of Applications: Based on minimum academic qualifying marks and NCC 'C' grading.
2. SSB Interview:Two-stage Selection Procedure at Selection Centres (Allahabad, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar).
3. Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the SSB Interview will undergo a medical test by a Board of Service Medical Officers.
4. Final Merit List:Prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in the SSB Interview, subject to medical fitness and availability of vacancies.

📄 Application Process:
1. Visit the official Indian Army recruitment website: www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
2. Click on **"Officer Entry Application/Login"** and then select **"Registration"**.
3. Fill in the online registration form completely after carefully reading the instructions.
4. Log in to the User Dashboard and click on **"Apply Online"** under Officer Entry.
5. Click **"Apply"** against the **NCC Special Entry Course**.
6. Enter all personal details, education qualifications, NCC certificate details, and upload required documents.
7. Click **"Save & Continue"** at each step, review all filled information on the summary page, and submit.
8. Take two printouts of the submitted application form with Roll Number generated 30 minutes after the final closure of online applications.
Application Fee:
* NIL (Free for all categories).
Documents Required (To be uploaded & carried during SSB):
* Matriculation / 10th Class Certificate & Mark sheet (as proof of date of birth).
* 12th Class Mark sheet and Passing Certificate.
* Graduation Degree / Provisional Degree and Semester-wise Mark sheets.
* Valid Original NCC 'C' Certificate with minimum 'B' grade.
* Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card).
* Certificate of Battle Casualty (Only for Wards of Battle Casualties).

⚠️ Important Instructions:
* Only online applications submitted through the official portal will be accepted.
* Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying; submission of false details will lead to disqualification at any stage.
* Married candidates are not eligible to apply for this entry.
* Selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks of pre-commission training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.
* No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in online submission, but traveling allowance is paid for first-time SSB interview candidates as per government rules.
